Xiaomi Community

Dear Xiaomi Fans,

XFF 2024 is a global festival for Xiaomi fans to celebrate their love for the Xiaomi. During this event, I am going to share my ten years journey with Xiaomi ♥️.

I am Biswajit from India. I have been a loyal and die-hard Xiaomi Fan since 2014. In my previous "[Mi Love U & I]" thread, I shared my journey started from "The Grand Mi India Tour" with Redmi 1S, which I got as a gift from my elder sister. After that we established a "MiFC Kolkata" to stay connected with fellow Mi fans.

In 2018, Xiaomi India launched the Redmi Note 5 pro "Camera Beast" Photography Challenge. My entry stood out among all the contestants and I was named 1st Photographer of the Year 📷👑. Additionally, "National Geographic" featured a picture taken by my Redmi Note 5 pro camera on their page the same year.

In 2019, I was selected as a "Mi Explorer" out of 10k Mi fans through a registration process. Only 48 lucky fans were chosen as explorers, and I got to attend the Redmi K20 launch event in Delhi and meet other explorers. During the Redmi K20 launch event by Xiaomi India, all of my photos were displayed, creating a special moment. I won first place in the explorer contest and received a new Redmi K20 Pro 🏆.

During the Redmi K20 Pro launch event, Xiaomi India introduced the "Fans With Benefits" program, which allows Mi fans to become official photographers for the Xiaomi company. Included me totally five Mi fans were chosen to work as official photographers for Xiaomi India. Manu Kumar Jain invited five Fans with Benefits members on stage to take selfies, It was truly "The Iconic Moment" in my life📷. I worked with Xiaomi India 2019-2021 as a "Fans With Benefits" members.

In 2022, I joined the Global Community photography team. I now contribute to the Global Community through photography in my free time. In 2024, my identity is that I am a Moderator in the Global Community and my current device is the Xiaomi 11T. I am grateful to the Global Community Admin team for promoting me directly to Moderator.
